Superintendent - Construction - Miami

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying and mitigating potential delays.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety standards on-site.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
