Superintendent - Construction - Queens

• Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies at the construction site.
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues promptly.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Manage and resolve any on-site challenges or delays effectively.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
