Superintendent - Construction - Queens

• Oversee daily construction site operations and ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all times.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to meet project objectives.
• Manage and supervise on-site personnel to ensure high-quality work and adherence to deadlines.
• Identify and resolve any challenges or delays that may arise during construction.
