Job Description

  • Oversee daily construction site activities and track progress against project plans.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and site crews to keep work sequenced and on schedule.
  • Review site conditions and address construction issues as they arise.
  • Monitor work quality and confirm completed activities align with project requirements.
  • Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders on site progress and priorities.
  • Coordinate delivery and use of materials needed for planned construction work.
  • Keep accurate site records, including daily activity updates and progress notes.
