Superintendent - Construction - White Plains

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns as needed.
• Manage project documentation, including plans, permits, and reports, to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Lead and mentor team members to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
