With growing demand in mission-critical construction, they are expanding their data center team to support a robust pipeline of work.Known for quality execution and collaborative project delivery, they offer the resources and support of an established builder while providing strong opportunities for advancement.Job DescriptionThe Data Center Superintendent will be responsible for:Overseeing data center construction from preconstruction through commissioning and closeoutCoordinating subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain schedule and budget goalsDeveloping and managing project schedules while proactively mitigating riskLeading daily field operations and resolving issues to maintain productivityManaging quality control and ensuring work aligns with plans and specificationsOverseeing RFIs, submittals, procurement activities, and change managementLeading OAC, subcontractor, and safety meetings to drive project alignmentEnforcing jobsite safety standards and conducting routine site auditsSupporting commissioning, turnover, and successful client handoffBuilding strong relationships with clients and project stakeholdersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
