Job Description

  • Oversee all field operations for large-scale data center construction projects.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule.
  • Serve as the on-site leader, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and clients.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance jobsite culture focused on collaboration and accountability.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Data Center Construction should have:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in mission-critical or large commercial builds.
  • Proven track record managing ground-up data center or high-tech infrastructure projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • OSHA 30 certification required (or willingness to obtain).
  • Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction management tools preferred.
