Job Description

  • Lead on-site construction activities from mobilization through commissioning
  • Manage subcontractors across structural, MEP, and specialty trades
  • Drive schedule performance on fast-track data center builds
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards
  • Coordinate closely with project management, engineers, and clients
  • Oversee commissioning readiness and turnover processes

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on data center or mission-critical projects
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning, and sequencing
  • Experience delivering ground-up or large-scale technical builds
  • Ability to manage complex logistics and fast-paced schedules
  • Willingness to travel
