Job Description

The Superintendent - Data Center / Mission Critical - NoVA will:

  • Lead day-to-day field operations on a large-scale data center retrofit project in Northern Virginia
  • Take full ownership of schedule, site logistics, safety, and quality control
  • Coordinate site utilities, earthwork, concrete, and steel building construction activities
  • Communicate effectively with owners, subcontractors, and internal project teams
  • Proactively identify and solve field challenges to keep the project on track
  • Foster a collaborative, respectful jobsite culture focused on teamwork and accountability

The Successful Applicant

The Superintendent - Data Center / Mission Critical - NoVA will have:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on data center or mission critical projects
  • Background in site utilities, earthwork, concrete, and steel building construction
  • Comfortable leading projects independently without overseeing multiple superintendents
  • Strong communication skills with a natural leadership mindset
  • Experience on smaller or mid-sized projects preferred over large, segmented teams
