Job Description

As the Superintendent, you will report to senior project leadership and take full ownership of on‑site delivery from start to finish.

  • Lead all on‑site construction activities for data center projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to drive productivity and resolve issues proactively
  • Enforce site safety programs and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Partner closely with the Project Executive and General Superintendent to manage milestones and sequencing
  • Oversee inspections, commissioning activities, and close‑out processes
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, look‑ahead schedules, and progress updates
  • Champion company culture, professionalism, and continuous improvement on site

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on data center or light industrial construction projects
  • Strong understanding of mission‑critical systems, logistics, and complex phasing
  • Background with large general contractors delivering commercial construction projects
  • Ability to lead large field teams and subcontractors in fast‑paced environments
  • Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and field management software
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with senior leadership and clients
  • A hands‑on leadership style with a strong commitment to safety and quality
