Job Description



Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead all field operations on commercial construction projects
  • Manage project schedules and drive milestone completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel
  • Conduct daily site supervision and workforce planning
  • Ensure strict compliance with contract documents, specifications, and project requirements
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite
  • Enforce OSHA standards and company safety policies
  • Oversee quality control processes and ensure workmanship meets project specifications
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and technical documents
  • Identify and proactively resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget
  • Coordinate inspections and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and public agencies
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and field paperwork
  • Lead project meetings and communicate progress updates to project stakeholders
  • Drive schedule recovery plans when necessary
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards

The Successful Applicant



Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, or comparable field leadership role
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Strong understanding of construction means, methods, sequencing, and project execution
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
  • Strong knowledge of safety, quality control, and project documentation requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project schedules
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
  • Ability to work effectively with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal project teams



Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
  • Experience with public sector, municipal, government, educational, healthcare, institutional, industrial, or other highly regulated construction projects
  • Experience with ground-up construction, renovations, additions, and occupied-space projects
  • Background working for a commercial general contractor
