Superintendent - Downtown Boston Interiors - Boston, MA

The Superintendent - Downtown Boston Interiors will:

• Manage on-site construction activities for interior projects in downtown Boston.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Supervise subcontractors and staff to maintain safety and productivity.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to align project goals.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety and building regulations.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and address any project concerns.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment for each phase of construction.
• Resolve on-site issues to minimize project delays and disruptions.
