Job Description

The Superintendent - Drywall Construction - Alexandria, VA will be responsible for:

  • Oversee daily field operations on specialty construction projects
  • Lead foremen, crews, and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality
  • Coordinate schedules, manpower, and material deliveries
  • Enforce jobsite safety standards and company procedures
  • Collaborate with project management and field leadership to resolve issues
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to field staff
  • For General Superintendents: oversee multiple projects and support field teams across regions

The Successful Applicant

A Superintendent - Drywall Constructin - Alexanria, VA shuld have:

  • 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
  • Drywall experience is required
  • 2+ years in a leadership role for General Superintendent candidates
  • Experience working on projects throughout DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Autodesk, and Bluebeam
