Job Description

  • Lead all onsite construction activities.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
  • Coordinate school district personnel and stakeholders.
  • Manage safety, quality, and production goals.
  • Conduct subcontractor meetings and site walks.
  • Ensure compliance with educational facility standards.
  • Manage inspections and code requirements.
  • Coordinate phased and occupied-building construction.
  • Track project milestones and recovery plans.
  • Lead project closeout and punch list completion.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of Superintendent experience.
  • Experience managing K-12 or higher education projects.
  • Strong safety and quality management background.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Ability to coordinate work in occupied environments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
