Superintendent - Education Construction

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site construction activities to ensure project goals are met.
• Maintain strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and execution.
• Oversee site safety programs, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
• Review project plans and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality control standards.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
