This is a high-impact role for a Superintendent with knowledge of MEP coordination and experience on large, technically demanding education projects.

Job Description

  • Oversee daily on-site construction activities alongside Sr. PM, PE, and 3-4 Superintendents
  • Manage MEP subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and quality control
  • Partner with project leadership to maintain schedule, safety, and budget
  • Support turnover, commissioning, and closeout activities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Superintendent with strong tenure and career stability
  • Heavy K‑12 academic experience with complex MEP scopes
  • Proven success on large-scale, ground-up education projects ($50M-$200M)
  • Background with larger GCs strongly preferred (national or ENR-ranked firms)
