Superintendent- ESOP- Large High Profile, Academic+Commercial

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all team members and subcontractors.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with project specifications.
• Manage and mentor on-site staff to promote a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, logs, and schedules.
• Represent the company professionally in interactions with clients and vendors.
