As the Superintendent for a Top ENR GC, you will oversee ground up Financial Construction work for a regional GC headquartered in Charlotte. You will coordinate on-site activity to keep projects moving safely, on schedule, and in line with project plans.

Job Description

  • Lead daily on-site construction activities for Financial Construction projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to maintain project schedules.
  • Review project plans and communicate daily priorities to crews.
  • Monitor work quality and address site issues as they arise.
  • Track project progress and share clear updates with the Construction department.
  • Maintain an orderly job site and coordinate work across active trades.
  • Plan site logistics to support safe, timely project delivery.
  • Work with project stakeholders to resolve field coordination needs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Experience overseeing construction work on active job sites.
  • Ability to coordinate subcontractors, trades, and daily site priorities.
  • Ability to read and work from construction plans.
  • Experience tracking schedules and identifying potential site delays.
  • Ability to monitor workmanship and address field issues.
  • Clear communication skills for working with site teams and project stakeholders.
