With a stable workforce, consistent project backlog, and collaborative culture, they provide employees with the structure and resources needed for long-term success.Job DescriptionLead on-site construction operations from mobilization through project completion.Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.Drive project schedules while maintaining quality standards and budget objectives.Coordinate daily site activities, logistics, and communication between project stakeholders.Conduct site meetings and proactively resolve field challenges.Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and company standards.Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Estimators, and ownership.Oversee a variety of public, commercial, institutional, and renovation projects.Work primarily within one hour of the Freeport, Maine office, with projects located throughout the Greater Portland region.Maintain a regular Monday through Friday schedule, typically 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.Location: Augusta, ME and surrounding Southern Maine project sitesCompensation: Up to $120,000 base salary plus company vehicleMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
