• Lead all phases of construction execution while maintaining schedule and budget targets
• Coordinate closely with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to drive project success
• Oversee daily jobsite operations to ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met
• Provide clear and timely project updates to leadership and key stakeholders
• Ensure full compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications
• Anticipate, identify, and resolve issues to keep work progressing efficiently
• Maintain accurate project records, logs, and reporting documentation
• Promote a collaborative, organized, and high‑performing jobsite environment
