With a strong portfolio of repeat clients and a consistent pipeline of work throughout the Memphis region, the organization offers a stable and collaborative environment for construction professionals looking to grow their careers.Job Descriptionield Leadership & Project ExecutionOversee all onsite construction activities from mobilization through completion.Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure efficient project execution.Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.Drive schedule performance and maintain project milestones.Scheduling & CoordinationDevelop and maintain short-term look-ahead schedules.Coordinate subcontractor activities and trade sequencing.Identify and resolve potential project delays and conflicts.Work closely with Project Managers to ensure project goals are achieved.Quality Assurance & ControlConduct regular inspections to verify quality workmanship.Ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards.Manage punch list activities and project closeout procedures.Promote a culture of craftsmanship and accountability.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
