Job Description

  • Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project plans and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain smooth project workflow.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any potential delays or cost overruns.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project disruptions.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure all work complies with applicable codes and standards.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among project teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent on ground-up multifamily construction projects.
  • Strong background in large-scale wood-frame multifamily developments.
  • Experience working on projects with podium decks, structured parking, or wrap-style communities preferred.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain project schedules.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
