Job Description

As the Superintendent, you will take full ownership of on‑site delivery for ground‑up municipal projects, reporting into senior operations leadership.

  • Lead day‑to‑day field operations from mobilization through close‑out
  • Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and municipal stakeholders to maintain schedule and quality
  • Enforce site safety standards and ensure compliance with public‑sector regulations
  • Drive short‑term and look‑ahead scheduling to meet milestone commitments
  • Manage site logistics, sequencing, and inspections on active projects
  • Partner closely with the Project Manager to control schedule and field costs
  • Represent the contractor professionally with owners, architects, and inspectors
