Ideal candidates will have proven ground-up construction experience, strong leadership skills, and a diverse commercial construction background.

Lead Superintendent

  • What types of projects?
      • A wide variety of projects both TI, and Ground Up, mainly in the Commercial, Retail, Academic, Corporate Space.
    • 50-60% ground up projects - depends on what is thrown their way
    • Ideally does not want someone siloed in one sector
    • Ground Up Experience is preferred
  • Specific software/technologies needed?
    • Excel & Bluebeam primarily
  • Compensation, benefits?
    • Up to $155K Base
    • 401(k) Plan, Healthcare/Dental Plan & Profit Sharing
