Job Description

  • Manage ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
  • Lead project teams to successfully deliver projects ranging from approximately $30M to $200M+.
  • Collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and ownership groups.
  • Ensure project quality, safety, and financial performance objectives are achieved.
  • Support the successful execution of projects across sectors including education, healthcare, multifamily, hospitality, office, and public works.
  • Serve as a key leader on project teams while mentoring and developing less experienced staff.
  • The Project Manager will help maintain strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunities.
  • The Project Manager will work on landmark ground-up projects throughout Northern Virginia and the greater Washington, D.C. region.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years of construction industry experience.
  • Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
  • Background in sectors such as commercial, multifamily, education, healthcare, public works, hospitality, or related markets.
  • Experience on projects valued at $30M or greater.
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and project execution skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Desire for long-term career growth and professional development.
