Job Description

    • Manage all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion.
    • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure schedules are achieved.
    • Maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Conduct daily site inspections and enforce safety regulations and company procedures.
    • Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and ownership teams.
    • Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure compliance.
    • Identify and resolve construction issues proactively to minimize delays.
    • Lead site meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
    • Oversee quality control and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

    • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor.
    • Proven experience delivering ground-up construction projects from start to finish.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety regulations, and building codes.
    • Ability to lead field teams and effectively coordinate multiple subcontractors.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Experience with commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, healthcare, education, or institutional projects is highly desirable.
    • OSHA certification preferred.
    • Local experience within New York, Westchester County, or surrounding markets is advantageous
