Job Description

As the Superintendent you will report to senior operations leadership and have full responsibility for field execution on assigned projects.

  • Lead ground‑up K‑12 construction projects valued at $20M+
  • Manage daily site operations, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
  • Oversee self‑performed and subcontracted masonry and concrete scopes
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality controls, and project plans
  • Drive schedule adherence and proactively resolve field issues
  • Coordinate with project managers, owners, and inspectors
  • Deliver projects on time while maintaining high standards of workmanship

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent - Ground‑Up K‑12 Construction, we are seeking:

  • Proven superintendent experience on ground‑up K‑12 education projects
  • Track record delivering projects valued at $20M or more
  • Strong background in masonry and concrete construction
  • Experience working for a general contractor in the Southeast United States
  • Ability to travel or be based in the Southeast; per diem available if required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills
  • Proficiency with construction scheduling and field management software
