Superintendent - Healthcare Construction - CT

• Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare construction regulations and safety standards.
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution and quality control.
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any deviations proactively.
• Oversee inspections and resolve any on-site issues to maintain project momentum.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports throughout the construction process.
