Superintendent - Healthcare Construction

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and healthcare-specific construction regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Manage and motivate on-site construction teams to maintain productivity and high standards of workmanship.
• Address and resolve any on-site challenges or delays efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain thorough project documentation, including daily reports and safety logs.
