Job Description

As a Superintendent, you will report to a Senior Project Manager and take full ownership of field operations across assigned projects.

  • Lead on-site construction activities from preconstruction through close-out
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations
  • Drive project delivery with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency
  • Coordinate with project management, clients, and consultants
  • Oversee healthcare-specific requirements, including occupied space work
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and compliance standards
  • Maintain detailed reporting on progress, risks, and site performance

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent - Healthcare Construction, we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial or healthcare construction
  • Strong background delivering healthcare or complex tenant improvement projects
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the Southeast region
  • Ability to manage projects in occupied environments
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, and construction processes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
