Superintendent- Healthcare Construction

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of healthcare construction projects to ensure timely and quality completion.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize disruptions and delays.
• Communicate project updates and progress to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure the highest quality standards in construction, particularly in healthcare environments.
