Job Description

  • Oversee project planning and daily operations to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities.
  • Verify that all project activities adhere to healthcare standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
  • Monitor expenses and resource allocation to maintain effective budget control.
  • Conduct ongoing reviews of jobsite quality and enforce safe work practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrated experience delivering large, technically challenging healthcare projects.
  • +5 years of hands‑on experience working for a general contractor.
  • Strong understanding of construction best practices, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with clear, effective communication skills.
  • Proven track record of overseeing complex schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects finish on time and within budget.
  • Solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to address issues quickly and effectively.
