Job Description

  • Manage planning and day‑to‑day execution to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate communication among clients, designers, engineers, and regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure all work complies with healthcare regulations and safety codes.
  • Track project costs and resource use to control the overall budget.
  • Continuously monitor jobsite quality and safety practices

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrated experience delivering large, technically challenging healthcare projects.
  • +5 years of hands‑on experience working for a general contractor.
  • Strong understanding of construction best practices, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with clear, effective communication skills.
  • Proven track record of overseeing complex schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects finish on time and within budget.
  • Solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to address issues quickly and effectively.
