Job Description

The Superintendent - Healthcare will:

  • Lead field operations for healthcare and commercial construction projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and General Superintendents.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Drive jobsite safety and compliance initiatives.
  • Manage multiple project phases from mobilization through closeout.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Healthcare should have:

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
  • Healthcare project experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to manage projects valued up to $30M.
  • Experience using Procore and standard construction management software.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Must be able to commute to Hartford, CT and project sites throughout Connecticut.
