Job Description

The Superintendent - Healthcare will:

  • Manage day-to-day field operations on healthcare and commercial construction projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control efforts.
  • Drive projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure milestone and budget achievement.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, trade partners, and internal leadership.
  • Report to senior field leadership and General Superintendent.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Healthcare should have:

  • 5-10 years of construction experience.
  • Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects.
  • Healthcare project experience preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledge of construction management software such as Procore.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills.
  • Ability to commute to Hartford, CT and project sites throughout Connecticut.

What's on Offer

Upon offer, the Superintendent - Healthcare will receive:

  • $120,000 to $150,000 USD (Depending on experience).
  • Vehicle allowance.
  • Annual performance bonus.
