Job Description

As the Construction Superintendent, you will serve as the on-site leader responsible for driving construction operations from mobilization through project completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage all field operations on construction projects
  • Drive project schedules to ensure milestones and completion dates are achieved
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trade partners, vendors, and site personnel
  • Deliver projects safely, on time, and within quality expectations
  • Conduct daily site walks and proactively identify project risks
  • Manage project logistics, sequencing, and workforce planning
  • Create and maintain short-term and long-term construction schedules
  • Run subcontractor meetings and coordinate field activities
  • Enforce safety standards and promote a culture of jobsite safety
  • Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with project specifications
  • Review construction drawings and identify potential conflicts

The Successful Applicant

What We're Looking For:

    • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent
    • Proven experience in healthcare construction, hospital construction, medical facility construction, and/or higher education construction
    • Demonstrated history of leading projects from start to finish
    • Strong job tenure with a stable employment history; no frequent job changes
    • Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and managing field operations
    • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
