This is a company where people stay because they are valued, supported, and given opportunities to work on meaningful projectsJob DescriptionAs the Construction Superintendent, you will serve as the on-site leader responsible for driving construction operations from mobilization through project completion.Key responsibilities include:Lead and manage all field operations on construction projectsDrive project schedules to ensure milestones and completion dates are achievedCoordinate subcontractors, trade partners, vendors, and site personnelDeliver projects safely, on time, and within quality expectationsConduct daily site walks and proactively identify project risksManage project logistics, sequencing, and workforce planningCreate and maintain short-term and long-term construction schedulesRun subcontractor meetings and coordinate field activitiesEnforce safety standards and promote a culture of jobsite safetyMonitor workmanship and ensure compliance with project specificationsReview construction drawings and identify potential conflictsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
