As a Superintendent, you will oversee construction activities for a construction company and keep work moving across the project site. You will coordinate daily field work, track progress, and help deliver projects safely and to plan.
  • Discretionary bonus of 10% based on company and individual performance

My client is a national general contractor specializing in Healthcare and medical office spaces looking for a superintendent ready to be a team player, ready to learn new methods, and ambitious.

Job Description

  • Oversee daily construction activity on site and coordinate work across active project areas.
  • Review project plans and schedules to organize field activities and maintain progress.
  • Coordinate subcontractor work to keep tasks aligned with project requirements.
  • Monitor site conditions and address day-to-day construction issues as they arise.
  • Track completed work and communicate project status with the construction team.
  • Help maintain safe job-site practices during all phases of construction.
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and site access to support scheduled work.
  • Document field activity and communicate updates to relevant project contacts.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Experience overseeing day-to-day construction activities on active job sites.
  • Experience reading construction plans, schedules, and project documents.
  • Ability to coordinate subcontractors, materials, equipment, and site access.
  • Ability to monitor work progress and communicate clear project updates.
  • Knowledge of job-site safety practices and field coordination.
  • Strong ability to identify and address day-to-day construction issues.
