The company is particularly recognized for healthcare construction but also works on education, commercial, faith-based, recreational, and other complex institutional facilities. Known for its emphasis on Lean Construction principles, it focuses on improving project efficiency, collaboration, and overall client experience.

Job Description

  • Manage planning and day‑to‑day execution to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate communication among clients, designers, engineers, and regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure all work complies with healthcare regulations and safety codes.
  • Track project costs and resource use to control the overall budget.
  • Continuously monitor jobsite quality and safety practices
