Job Description

* Lead day-to-day field operations for commercial interior and luxury residential projects
* Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and construction sequencing
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in alignment with plans and specifications
* Coordinate with project managers, clients, and design teams to drive progress and resolve issues

The Successful Applicant

* Superintendent experience in the South Florida market
* Background in luxury commercial interiors and/or high-end residential construction
* Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
* Proven leadership managing subcontractors and field teams
* Bilingual preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction platforms like Procore a plus
