The company serves both public and private sector clients and specializes in complex commercial environments that often require detailed coordination, phased construction, specialized systems integration, and work within occupied facilities. Their portfolio consists of commercial office renovations, law firms, tech firms, industrial, government agencies, financial institutions, and more.

Job Description

  • Lead multiple commercial construction projects, primarily focused on high-end interior buildouts and renovations
  • Manage full project lifecycle including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Oversee complex scopes including structural upgrades, MEP systems, and specialty integrations
  • Maintain strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders
  • Utilize tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project for project tracking and reporting

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-7+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial General Contractor
  • Proven experience delivering high-end interior or corporate buildout projects
  • Strong understanding of complex renovation and construction processes
  • Experience working in active commercial environments (office, legal, medical, or similar)
  • Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project preferred)
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Local market experience in the Mid-Atlantic region strongly preferred
