Job Description

  • Manage daily construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Organize and oversee subcontractors, ensuring their work meets quality standards and follows safety regulations.
  • Apply and uphold safety rules to maintain a safe work environment on-site.
  • Monitor progress, identify challenges early, and take action to avoid delays.
  • Communicate with clients, project managers, and team members to share updates and resolve issues.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience overseeing interior construction projects with strong knowledge of this nature.
  • Ability to lead teams, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on-site.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety standards and enforcement of protocols.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience leading projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership for effective coordination with clients and teams
