• Oversee all aspects of high-end residential construction projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to maintain project alignment and standards.
• Manage on-site construction activities and enforce safety protocols.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Boston, MA.
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly and effectively.
