Seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead high-end residential new construction projects throughout MetroWest Boston, with select projects on Cape Cod. With a growing pipeline and a close-knit team of approximately 30 employees, the company offers experienced construction professionals the opportunity to take on significant project responsibility and grow into leadership.

Job Description

  • Lead day-to-day field operations for luxury custom residential construction projects
  • Manage new construction homes typically ranging from $10M-$20M
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trades, vendors, and project partners throughout construction
  • Drive project schedules and proactively resolve field issues to maintain milestones
  • Maintain exceptional quality standards across high-end finishes and detailed custom scopes
  • Partner with project management and ownership to ensure successful project delivery
  • Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, communication, and field coordination
  • Conduct regular site meetings and maintain clear communication across project teams
  • Oversee safe, organized, and professional jobsites
  • Build productive relationships with architects, designers, subcontractors, and homeowners
  • Support projects primarily throughout MetroWest, with opportunities to work on Cape Cod

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent (Construction Manager) should have:

  • 5+ years of residential construction management or superintendent experience
  • High-end residential new construction experience required
  • Proven experience managing custom homes and complex residential projects
  • Procore experience required
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction sequencing, trades, and field operations
  • Ability to manage subcontractors while maintaining demanding schedules and quality standards
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to commute to projects around Southborough, Greater Boston, and surrounding areas
  • Comfortable working in a fully on-site construction management role
