With a strong reputation for craftsmanship and a history of developing leaders from within, they offer long-term career growth in a stable and growing organization.Job DescriptionLead daily field operations on luxury residential construction and renovation projects.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain project schedules and quality standards.Oversee work on custom homes, townhome and brownstone renovations, and condominium renovation projects.Monitor jobsite safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.Review project progress and proactively address field challenges to keep projects on track.Assist with light carpentry tasks as needed and maintain a hands-on presence in the field.Collaborate closely with project management teams to ensure successful project execution.Manage projects ranging from smaller renovations under $1M to larger residential projects valued between $1M and $5M.Travel to project sites throughout the Boston area, primarily in and around Downtown Boston.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
