Job Description

  • Lead site operations for a large restaurant renovation
  • Manage subcontractors, scheduling, and daily execution
  • Drive aggressive timelines and ensure early delivery
  • Oversee quality control, safety, and inspections
  • Report progress to leadership and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • 10-15+ years' construction experience
  • Experience with commercial renovations (restaurant a plus)
  • Proven track record on $10M+ projects
  • Highly schedule-driven and detail-oriented
