Backed by an experienced leadership team and an ambitious growth strategy, this is an excellent opportunity to join a company where high performers can make an immediate impact and advance their careers.Job DescriptionThe responsibilities of a Superintendent:Lead all on-site construction activities from project kickoff through closeoutCoordinate and direct subcontractors, vendors, and field personnelManage project schedules and drive progress to meet key milestonesMaintain strong communication with ownership, clients, and project stakeholdersReview and interpret construction documents, plans, specifications, and shop drawingsConduct routine site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance requirements are metMonitor renovation, restoration, and addition work to ensure project objectives are achievedEnforce OSHA safety standards and lead regular safety meetings and toolbox talksIdentify and resolve field issues while minimizing project delaysTrack project progress, document site conditions, and maintain accurate field reportingAssist with punch list management, project turnover, and closeout proceduresSupport and mentor field staff, foremen, and craft personnelMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
