Job Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

  • Traveling to projects throughout MA
  • Supervising all on-site construction activities to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Coordinating and managing subcontractors, ensuring efficient scheduling and task completion.
  • Maintaining safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.
  • Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to the project management team.
  • Resolving any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
  • Reviewing and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Ensuring proper use and maintenance of construction tools and equipment.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

The right candidate has the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in High End Residential
  • Motivated individual
  • Experience in the construction field with a focus on managing property projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly under pressure.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and meeting deadlines.
