With a reputation as a top builder in the region, they offer a collaborative environment and consistent project pipeline that supports long-term career growth.Job Description Our Construction Superintendent will:Oversee all day-to-day field operations to ensure project milestones and completion deadlines are metReview drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes to ensure accurate execution of hospitality projectsLead site logistics planning, including scheduling, sequencing, and coordination of tradesManage subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship, adherence to brand standards, and compliance with safety protocolsMaintain detailed daily reports, weekly schedules, and progress updatesCoordinate all on-site construction activities and proactively resolve field issuesWork directly with ownership groups, developers, and client representatives while maintaining a professional, client-facing presenceEnsure job site safety standards are upheld, including proper signage, compliance, and OSHA requirementsDrive schedule performance in fast-paced environments, particularly for interior build-outs and phased hotel renovationsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
