About Our Client

This Minnesota-based GC has built a strong reputation over 70+ years, delivering projects across commercial, healthcare, industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use sectors. They've recently secured several projects in the $10M-$35M range and are looking to bring on a Superintendent who can confidently lead daily site operations and coordinate with subcontractors. With a growing pipeline, they're seeking someone who can keep the environment fun and collaborative while consistently delivering high-quality work.

Job Description

Leading daily site operations and coordinating subcontractors
Maintaining safe, clean, and organized jobsites
Managing schedules, sequencing, and weekly 3-week look-ahead planning
Partnering closely with Project Managers to maintain alignment and communication throughout the project
lifecycle
Conducting weekly safety inspections and toolbox talks
Proactively identifying and solving field issues before they become larger problems
Managing project documentation through Procore including daily logs, RFIs, punch lists, photos, and field
coordination
Coordinating inspections, deliveries, and subcontractor scheduling
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes thoroughly
Supporting quality control and driving projects to successful completion
Travel schedule: travel M-F can come home every weekend

The Successful Applicant

5-10 years of construction experience
Capable of running multiple smaller projects at once - ground-up or TI
Commercial experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities
Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, & Microsoft Office
Construction Management or college degree preferred
