Job Description

  • Leading all on‑site construction activities from mobilization through close‑out
  • Coordinating and directing subcontractors, field staff, and trade partners
  • Enforcing safety programs, OSHA compliance, and company standards
  • Managing project schedules, sequencing, and short‑term look‑ahead plans
  • Ensuring work is executed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements
  • Maintaining strong communication with Project Managers, clients, and inspectors
  • Identifying and resolving field issues proactively to keep projects on track
